Brief Biography
Rev. Fr. Prof. Felix Ugwuozor is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu. He has his Master’s and PhD Degrees in Philosophy of Education and Pedagogy from Montclair State University, New Jersey, USA. He was a Faculty member at the same University for 10 years and an adjunct professor at Jesuit University, Seton Hall University, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, all in New Jersey.
Before his appointment as the Pro-Chancellor, Prof. Ugwuozor was the Ag. Deputy Provost at Peaceland College of Education Enugu and, the Director of Postgraduate programs same college. He is a full faculty member at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) where he teaches Philosophy of Education, Logic and Teaching, Contemporary Philosophies of Education, and Philosophy of Mind.
A one-time Dean of Social Sciences and substantive Registrar of the Institute of Ecumenical Education (now Go University), affiliated then, to Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Fr. has broad research interests, and has published extensive works in philosophy, education, ethics, psychology, humanities, social, political and environmental issues, and has more than two decades of academic leadership experience serving institutions of higher education across the US, Europe, and Africa.

He is the founder of OneHopeChildren; a US-based nonprofit foundation committed to delivering a better world for individuals and communities on the margins of our society.
